Negligence Loss Expert provides courts, solicitors, insurers, and claimants with independent financial loss quantification expert evidence in UK negligence proceedings. Our work is confined to quantum: establishing what financial loss was caused by the negligent act, on the facts and assumptions before the expert.
We act in professional negligence, medical and clinical negligence, financial adviser negligence, and related claims across England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. All formal reports are prepared to CPR Part 35 standards where civil proceedings apply.
